Leadership

New Day’s leadership team is comprised of three divisions: A Church staff, an elder board, and an operational trustees board. 

Church Staff

Lloyd Rindels serves as Senior Pastor for New Day. Lloyd and his wife Brenda have pastored in churches for over twenty years. They live in Belton and have three children: Tanner, Brooke, and Hunter.

David Brown serves as the Worship Leader for New Day. David has years of experience leading worship and serving in the ministry of worship. He and his wife Faith live in one of Kansas’s City’s midtown neighborhoods with their daughters, Gwyneth and Charlotte.

Noelle Davis serves as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator for New Day.  She has many years of experience in ministry and early childhood education. Noelle and her husband Mike live in the Lee's Summit area with their children Eden, Trey and Gage.

The Board of Elders 

The Board of Elders is made up of members of the New Day community who the church elects to serve as overseers for the congregation. They are responsible for overseeing the governance, welfare, care-giving, core doctrines, direction, purposes and ministries of the congregation and church offices.

The Board of Operational Trustees  

The Board of Operational Trustees consists of members of the New Day community who the church elects to serve the congregation with financial oversight.  They oversee the financial and business operations and affairs of the congregation.
